- Account information. If you create a client portal account, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Macro and workout logs. If you use the client portal, we store your macro targets, logged meals, and your progress through workout programs so you can track your results over time.
- Contact and application form submissions. When you apply for coaching or send us a message, we store your name, email, phone number, and anything else you share with us so Karina or Jorge can follow up.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to operate the website and client portal: to sign you in, to save and show you your own macro and workout data, and to respond to coaching applications and contact messages. We do not use your information to send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to.
Data Storage
Your information is stored on secure infrastructure used to run this website. Session cookies used to keep you signed in to the client portal are set to expire automatically and are not used to track you across other websites.
Third-Party Services
